Again why do people even open these things??? Nobody wins fake sweepstakes they never entered. No one inherits millions from non existent relatives. The assumption that Mr. Sing High Sing Low has a lucrative business proposal for you is stretching things pretty far. Same goes for Tiffany Lane and her penis enhancements, so you will never be embarrassed again. The best solution is to delete without opening. By opening you are sending a message to the spammer your email is active. The spammer in turn sells it to other spammers and thus begins an endless chain.
