They further explain that the only remain procedure is the security keeping fee, that when ever they received it from you then the execution of your parcel will take place in less than 72 working hours.   Based on the criminal code which provides a maximum penalty of 14 years imprisonment for any person making a false affidavit or statutory declaration, I made everything essential in order for the affidavits / statuary declaration to be legally valid and administered properly   I therefore urged you the imperative that the proper procedure be followed on all occasions. The legal validity of an affidavit or statutory declaration will then not be jeopardized, nor will (me) the person administered the oath or affirmation be embarrassed by your failure to recall the procedure used on a particular occasion.
