any part of the world as was listed in our central system from
different Regional Offices for their immediate payment.

UNITED NATIONS have agreed to be in charge to handle the payment
accordingly. This includes people that have had an unfinished
transaction or international businesses that failed due to Government
problems etc.

We found your name in our list,that is why we are contacting you
coupled that a woman named Tina Say came to this office claiming to be
your sole representative in order to change beneficiary name, saying
that you authorized her for the claim with some photograph copies
attached here for your view.

This have been agreed upon and your fund ownership paper have been
signed as AUTHORIZED by the United Nations/World Bank Authorities and
Central Bank of Nigeria.Therefore You are advised to furnish us with
