Print out the attached notification and list of missing documents, fill it in, add the documents and send the following information to the adress shown in the attached notification.
List of required documents:
1. A copy of this letter
2. Notification letter
3. A photocopy of valid U.S. Federal or State Government issued identification.

ReplyDeleteEven me too got the mail from IRS support regarding Tax issues...I have opened the mail so is that make any effects like spreading virus in my PC...i didnt reply to that mail or i didnt download that attachment so will that affect?
ReplyDeleteMy spam box is full of these letters,however I am not even an American.I live in Europa...How to make these stop...Any ideas?I get 1000 of these every 10 minutes!
