Attn: Beneficiary,

I bring you good news which emanated from the meeting held last Monday under the auspices of the British Prime Minister, David Cameron. In the meeting, the team of Auditors, presented all Contract/Inheritance payment Files. Your payment file showed that your payment of Eleven Million, Five Hundred Thousand United States Dollars (US$11,500,000) was still pending.

The Government Accountancy Service (GAS) therefore listed your payment and your new Payment Reference No.HMT35460021, Allocation No: 674632 and your Certificate of Merit Payment No: HMT103.
